2018 was a very fruitful year for me in public art projects and private murals.
It started with an interior mural for the Equine Sciences Center of Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO.
The mural is representing all of the programs and activities of the center. It was created in April.

In May I painted a floral mural on the walls of a private house in the RINO district of Denver.
The mural turned the backyard into a colorful paradise that will bloom all year around.

Next were two Ground murals for the 40 West ArtLine in Lakewood, CO.
My first ground mural for this project, “Movement”, was painted on the sidewalk of 17th Street, between Pierce and Reed streets in Lakewood, CO at the end of May.

The mural “Blooming city” was painted on the sidewalk in Mountair Park at the beginning of June.

Another interesting project created for the 40 West ArtLine in Lakewood was fence art.
It is covering an ugly construction equipment storage site on Lamar Street, on a busy route for pedestrians who use the Lightrail. The project was created in June with the huge help of my husband Nick Angelo.
***
In July I painted a mural in a nursery in the Chinoiserie style, romantic blue tones of the mural, peony and pomegranates flowers and fruits, birds create a very peaceful atmosphere.
***
In September I won a call to create a mural covering the walls of the underpass in Longmont CO. The mural was painted in October.
***
And my last public art project of 2018 was a mural for the Denver’s Urban Arts Fund graffiti prevention Mural Program.
It was painted in November at Cherry Creek Trail adjacent to Confluence Park.
Come back to see the pictures of the finished project at the beginning of 2019 when I update my website.
***
The last small project was a private mural painted in the nursery for a little boy.
The mountain view mural on the wall with a compass on the ceiling was painted in December.

Also, 2018 year brought me not only a great number of public art projects and murals, but it was a year when I became a mother to the best little girl Aleksandra.
She and my husband Nick Angelo assisted me on every project.
