“All Is Well” is a large-scale commercial mural completed in October 2023 for a residential apartment complex in Caldwell, Idaho. The project was commissioned by deChase Miksis Development in collaboration with the City of Caldwell, reflecting a shared goal of integrating meaningful artwork into the built environment.

Designed to enhance the residential experience while contributing positively to the surrounding neighborhood, the mural celebrates Caldwell’s history, culture, agricultural roots, and natural beauty. The imagery brings together symbolic and place-based elements that connect residents to the region, reinforcing a sense of identity and belonging within the development. Rather than functioning as branding alone, the artwork serves as a visual anchor that supports long-term placemaking and community engagement.

Spanning 36 by 71 feet, the mural was painted directly on the building’s exterior wall using a 50-foot boom lift. The scale and visibility of the site required careful coordination with construction schedules, site access, and safety planning. Professional-grade exterior acrylic paints were selected for durability, color stability, and resistance to weather exposure—ensuring the artwork will remain vibrant over time in an active residential setting.
