Yulia Avgustinovich is an American Muralist, Yulia was born in Belarus, studied art in Belarusian College of Arts. and later Public Art in Saint Petersburg University of Technology and Design in Russia. In 2012 Yulia moved to United Sates first to Oakland California, later to Denver Colorado, and she resides in Maryland Washington DC area.
